FIT4BABY® is a 6 week program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. FIT4BABY® can be started at any point during pregnancy with doctor’s clearance. We follow American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines.
Body Back® is a total body, high intensity interval training workout to keep each workout fun and fresh. Eat better, blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. Workout in an all-female, kid-free, supportive and inspiring environment!
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of Ballet, Pilates, Barre, Yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.
Taught by certified instructors specializing in pre and post natal exercise. Stroller Strides is the perfect workout option for any mom who is pregnant or has stroller age children who are looking to get in great shape, and is catered to making it fun for kiddos and showing them that exercise is a part of our daily life.
