Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in your local area. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to anyone, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. *Strollers welcomed!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We contract with certified Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!

Join us right after Stroller Strides for a mini stroller strides class for our kiddos, so they can be just like mommy! Sarah will take them through a mini workout to include cardio moves, body weight exercises with stroller and will finish on their mats for some yoga stretches! It will be the cutest thing you have ever seen!!

Cost: FREE
Bring: A doll stroller/baby doll and mat/water/snacks for kiddos!

Join Sarah who is a licensed massage therapist to teach you how to perform massage on your baby or toddler!

It is never too late to begin massage... Whether your baby is a newborn or several years old, massage can bring immediate and lasting results. Expectant parents who take infant massage instruction in advance are ready to begin this wonderful loving touch right from the start. Bring your baby (or moms to be I will have dolls!), a blanket and favorite lotion or oil for baby!
